What you will do

• Develop production-ready GenAI and agentic solutions using Python, FastAPI, and LangChain on GCP.
• Design intelligent, cloud-native AI workflows that are secure, observable, and cost-efficient.
• Collaborate with SREs and software engineers to translate complex problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Improve AI agent quality through rigorous evaluation, testing, and feedback loops.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for scalable operations.
• Shape GenAI engineering standards and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering background in backend, platform, cloud, or data roles.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, and cloud-native development patterns.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as RAG, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Ability to design and evolve production-ready systems using tools like Docker and Terraform.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional SRE team.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bruxelles, Belgium.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and agentic development workflows.
• Understanding of SRE principles and modern DevOps practices.
