What you will do

• Drive supplier quality improvement plans and ensure timely closure of quality activities.
• Manage supplier transition projects to ensure consistent production and quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the SCAR program and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
• Evaluate sub-supplier processes and provide actionable feedback to the sourcing team.
• Develop and present supplier-related quality metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand with willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of Quality and Engineering experience, including at least 5 years as an SQE.
• English and Chinese proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Solid experience with new project development, supplier audits, and metal component manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools including APQP, PPAP, 8D, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000.

Nice to have

• Experience in valve manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Understanding of UL, NSF, and WQA standards.
• Experience with ESG compliance.
