What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated test frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to integrate quality assurance into the full software development lifecycle.
• Establish metrics to monitor system effectiveness and drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align QA efforts with business goals.
• Oversee the development of CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust testing for AI/ML-driven platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the QA field.
• 1+ years of experience as a quality assurance manager in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in leading architecture and operations of enterprise-scale testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Selenium, TestNG, API testing, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test Driven Development.
