What you will do

• Drive the execution and continuous improvement of the QA test framework and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a team of internal and external QA professionals through coaching and performance management.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.
• Support release processes by identifying risks and ensuring readiness at key milestones.
• Coordinate with external QA vendors to manage performance, expectations, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Live Ops teams to enhance workflows and player experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong advocate for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of the game development lifecycle and mobile release processes (Apple/Google).
• Experience managing external vendors or distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
