What you will do

• Lead the evolution of a centralized DevQA program for multiple platforms and global teams.
• Define and champion QA best practices across the full SDLC to enable a shift-left culture.
• Manage and provide career development for multiple QA leaders and their respective projects.
• Explore and incorporate AI-driven QA solutions to future-proof release quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external development partners to align operations with strategic goals.
• Establish team metrics for measuring quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of management experience leading QA teams and groups.
• Proven experience leading DevQA within a game development team.
• Experience working on AAA titles across mobile, PC, and consoles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA frameworks, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
