What you will do

• Define and drive the QA strategy and testing framework for the Vertical Group to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Champion AI-powered QA solutions and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate release cycles.
• Lead QA resourcing strategy, annual planning, and the development of QA leadership career pathways.
• Manage internal and external QA partnerships, ensuring consistent delivery standards and performance tracking.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and accountability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear reporting, risk visibility, and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in QA within a live service or fast-paced environment.
• Strong advocacy for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes.
• Experience defining QA processes, metrics, and operational frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing at senior levels.
• Extensive experience with JIRA or similar tools.
