What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for the Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions portfolio in Taiwan.
• Translate global and regional strategies into effective local execution to drive revenue and market penetration.
• Lead end-to-end activation programs across digital, education, and event channels.
• Build clinical engagement programs with KOLs, hospitals, and medical associations to strengthen solution positioning.
• Manage and coach the Taiwan marketing team to foster a high-performance culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-university experience, including at least 3 years leading a marketing team.
• Professional background at a global MNC within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, medical technology, or a healthcare-related field.
• Must be based in Taipei to support hybrid work requirements.
• Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies, activation marketing, and HCP engagement.
