PWB Designer (Aerospace)

Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Translate requirements into schematics, netlists, PWB layouts, Master Patterns, and 3D models.
• Ensure the detailed integrity of PWB layouts, BOM, and manufacturing data meets design requirements.
• Create and verify detailed engineering drawings for accuracy using Teamcenter PLM.
• Direct drafting personnel in task completion according to hirify.global's systems and configuration control.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to develop cost-effective and functional products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant field) or an Associates degree with 2+ years of PWB Layout experience.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, component properties, and electronic packaging.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IPC, Space, Military, and Commercial standards and specifications.
• Advanced experience in schematic entry and PWB layout/routing.
• Authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OrCAD Schematic Entry and Cadence Allegro PWB layout.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX 3D MCAD or Solidworks.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM.
• Prior experience in the Aerospace industry.
