What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable Java code for data platform components.
• Develop and maintain feedhandlers for real-time financial data.
• Implement automated testing and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define requirements and execute Agile workflows.
• Learn and apply KDB architecture and the q language to handle large-scale datasets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and event processing scenarios.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Java (Java 17).
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and software design patterns.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Maven.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Romania or able to work from Bucharest/Cluj-Napoca.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++, CMake, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of SpringBoot and IT Security concepts.
• Prior experience or strong interest in Financial Markets.
