What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, code implementation, testing, and support.
• Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures with architect and technical leader support.
• Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.
• Ensure applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with test teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experienced Java developer
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL), Jenkins, GitLab, and JUnit
• Experience with AWS Cloud
• Ability to interview business users and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially with financial accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure in time-critical banking environments

Nice to have

• Experience in workflow tools and rule engines
• German language skills
