What you will do

• Collaborate with product management and technical leads to define detailed product requirements.
• Design robust and scalable system architectures for UHF RFID and IoT use cases.
• Define system integration and validation concepts in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Act as a technical interface to key customers from product definition through production ramp-up.
• Conduct technical investigations of competitor products to identify market trends.
• Influence standardization activities in the RFID and UHF area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in system architecture development.
• Proven expertise in UHF RFID, wearables, or IoT device architecture.
• Solid understanding of wireless communication technologies and radio systems.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex technical concepts.
