What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for current and next-gen software platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams on release planning and test strategy.
• Develop and execute functional and data validation test plans for N-Tier applications.
• Drive technical execution and communication within Agile scrum teams.
• Mentor engineers and conduct training on new tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Identify technical solutions and conduct POCs for new tools and applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mitikah, Mexico City.
• BS in Computer Science or 8+ years of technical experience as an SDE/T.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Selenium, Java or .NET, AI/ML, Mobile, API, and DevOps.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing End-to-End test strategies.
• Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, including code standards and CI/CD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
