What you will do

• Own the QA calendar, including smoke, regression, certification, and UAT cycles, aligning milestones with the release plan.
• Maintain the requirements-to-test traceability matrix and ensure regression suites are risk-based and current.
• Manage the device/OS matrix, test accounts, and coordinate build intake and environment availability.
• Prepare evidence packages and track certification gates for partner certifications, coordinating re-submissions.
• Drive daily defect triage with clear reproduction steps and ensure follow-through to fix verification and closure.
• Sync with PMs and Product Owners on SSO, IAP, promotions, metadata, analytics, and SSAI-related test needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in QA coordination or project support for multi-platform consumer apps (mobile, CTV, web).
• Solid understanding of software testing methods and device/app certification processes.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking systems.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City.
• English and Spanish proficiency (Bilingual preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with automation pipelines, Selenium, or WebDriverIO.
• Proficiency with Postman or other API testing tools and ability to review basic logs.
• Knowledge of the OTT ecosystem and considerations for accessibility, localization, and privacy-by-design.
• Familiarity with JIRA and the Atlassian suite of tools.
