What you will do

• Conduct global market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for contract manufacturing categories.
• Perform accurate financial analyses for Make vs Buy decisions and execute supplier change projects.
• Lead negotiations to achieve business outcomes and improve gross profit margins.
• Manage overall supplier relationships, including performance, capabilities, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering stakeholders on new product introduction programs.
• Define standard and custom product requirements to ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or analytics.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, commodity management, or global manufacturing.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to decompose electronics BOMs and translate them into cost structures.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across diverse regions including Europe and Asia.
