What you will do

• Execute daily payroll and benefits administration tasks within established timelines.
• Collaborate with regional and global external vendors to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific legal and tax requirements.
• Resolve complex employee queries and support new program implementations.
• Ensure strict adherence to document retention, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Analyze current processes and systems to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for global stakeholder communication.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Must be available to work in Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid role).
