What you will do

• Lead and execute technical activities including customer meetings, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Analyze customer infrastructure and engineering workflows to design tailored cloud solutions.
• Define and execute digital transformation strategies to migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW) and respond to RFI/RFP requests.
• Present hirify.global solutions at webinars, user groups, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance product features based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical experience in enterprise cloud, hardware, or software.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Expertise in HPC, CAE, IaaS architecture, enterprise security, and networking.
• Experience with industry verticals such as aerospace, automotive, or life sciences.
• Ability to manage complex projects across diverse teams and locations.
