What you will do

• Drive technical leadership from development through production to ensure robust, scalable productization.
• Serve as a primary technical stakeholder during NPI, guiding teams through characterization, debug, and qualification.
• Align cross-functional engineering teams toward technically sound solutions during complex problem-solving efforts.
• Define and defend product quality, reliability, performance, and cost targets based on data.
• Lead technical risk assessments and represent Product Engineering in customer and leadership forums.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s/PhD with 5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle and scalable productization.
• Strong expertise in structured problem solving and Root Cause Analysis across silicon, test, and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience using ATE for silicon characterization, specifically with 93K.
• Solid foundation in applied statistics and data analytics tools like JMP or SiliconDash.
