Salary: $115,000–$130,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead product development quality activities, providing manufacturability feedback and identifying key characteristics.
- Develop and implement APQP plans and manage PPAP submissions for production qualification.
- Design and execute statistical studies (SPC, capability studies, DOE, regression) to drive process improvements.
- Create and maintain process control plans and measurement systems analysis.
- Consult with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize designs for cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Present variation-reduction findings at internal and customer design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with applied statistics and manufacturing design.
- Demonstrated hands-on application of APQP and PPAP in product development.
- Strong background in applied statistics (SPC, capability studies, MSA, DOE, regression).
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing and assembly/test processes for complex electromechanical systems.
- Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
Nice to have
- MS in Applied Statistics.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary Design-to-Cost teams.
- Supervisory experience in a quality engineering context.
