What you will do

• Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring consistent performance, prioritization, and adherence to security standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security escalations and triage ticket queues.
• Perform root cause and forensic log analysis to determine enterprise risk across cloud, network, and host platforms.
• Lead shift handovers and review tuning requests to improve detection capabilities.
• Explain complex attack vectors and threat tactics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support for escalated events on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Defense, Incident Response, or SOC functions.
• Proven experience supporting or leading incident response teams.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, and Diamond Model.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level briefings.
• Ability to work on-call and provide support during non-traditional hours.

Nice to have

• Previous experience acting as a Lead for a Cyber Security team.
• Hands-on experience with SOC threat monitoring functions.
