What you will do

• Scale and manage a 24x7 global Security Operations Center (SOC) with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Direct the end-to-end security incident response program, including managing high-severity investigations.
• Oversee detection engineering across cloud, identity, and infrastructure systems to improve response signal quality.
• Develop and integrate a threat intelligence program focused on AI cloud risks and emerging threat actors.
• Lead adversary simulation and red team programs to proactively identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Mentor a high-performing global team and partner with Engineering and Product leadership on security strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on defense or security operations leadership.
• Proven track record leading global SOC and incident response teams in cloud or hyperscale environments.
• Deep expertise in modern attack techniques, detection engineering, and infrastructure telemetry.
• Extensive experience managing high-severity security incidents with executive-level visibility.
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to lead and scale teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Background in securing AI, GPU, HPC, or cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience in threat intelligence or adversary emulation programs.
• Experience working within regulated or critical infrastructure sectors.
