What you will do

• Lead a 24x7 global SOC and define operational standards for triage, escalation, and analyst development.
• Own the end-to-end incident response program, including playbooks, tabletops, and high-severity incident leadership.
• Develop detection strategies across cloud control planes, Kubernetes, identity, and network environments.
• Build a threat intelligence program focused on risks relevant to AI cloud infrastructure.
• Direct adversary simulation and purple team exercises to drive measurable improvements in defensive coverage.
• Apply AI and ML tooling to enhance triage, anomaly detection, and post-incident analysis.

Requirements

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a multi-function leadership role.
• Proven experience as an incident commander during significant breaches or critical infrastructure attacks.
• Deep technical expertise in securing cloud-native, containerized, and Kubernetes-orchestrated environments.
• Strong understanding of risks like control plane exposure, container escape, and supply chain security.
• Ability to lead effectively under pressure and make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
