Location: Hybrid position, must be able to work 2 days a week from the London or Cambridge office in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead triage and investigation of security alerts across multiple environments.
• Perform advanced incident analysis and coordinate remediation with internal stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for complex security queries and tickets.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and detection capabilities.
• Monitor emerging threats and update response strategies.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing for junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
