What you will do

• Build reusable CI/CD workflows for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop a modular and scalable AI infrastructure stack including vector databases and model registries.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to embed AI models into real-time applications.
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vLLM.
• Deploy infrastructure for offline and online evaluation of LLMs, including regression testing and cost monitoring.
• Drive AI reliability, governance, and security across production environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong background in scalable infrastructure including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform).
• Proficiency in writing high-quality, maintainable software, primarily in Python.
• Deep understanding of MLOps best practices including model versioning, drift detection, and serving infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and maintaining LLM and agentic workflows in production.
• Demonstrated ownership and pragmatism in balancing infrastructure elegance with iterative delivery.
