Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do
- Manage prioritization and definition of product enhancements, new features, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on product profitability and performance metrics.
- Partner with marketing to position and promote products effectively.
- Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to ensure timely deployment of releases.
- Provide product training and consulting to external stakeholders and dealers.
- Lead and empower technical teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; or Irving, TX
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a Product Manager or related role.
- Expert knowledge of software product management and the full development lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in subscription and billing software product management.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance).
- Experience with DevOps/VSTS or Aha! software tools.
- Background in Information Technology or engineering.
- Experience working with onshore/offshore team models.
- Knowledge of cross-industry strategy in construction, E&T, or mining.
