What you will do

• Manage prioritization and definition of product enhancements, new features, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on product profitability and performance metrics.
• Partner with marketing to position and promote products effectively.
• Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to ensure timely deployment of releases.
• Provide product training and consulting to external stakeholders and dealers.
• Lead and empower technical teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; or Irving, TX
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a Product Manager or related role.
• Expert knowledge of software product management and the full development lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in subscription and billing software product management.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance).
• Experience with DevOps/VSTS or Aha! software tools.
• Background in Information Technology or engineering.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore team models.
• Knowledge of hirify.global cross-industry strategy in construction, E&T, or mining.
