Salary: $205,000 – $220,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Establish and execute long-term security strategies, roadmaps, and compliance goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of security controls to protect organizational assets.
• Manage security incidents, including investigation, response, and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on ISO and SOC audits.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers and compliance analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, and NIST.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and vendor negotiations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
