What you will do

• Drive the maturity of the enterprise information security program, including threat intelligence and incident response.
• Develop and maintain IT and security policies, including AI governance and data classification frameworks.
• Partner with product and business teams to assess AI tools and mitigate risks like data leakage and prompt injection.
• Lead multi-year security strategy and roadmap development aligned with organizational growth and risk appetite.
• Manage the end-to-end software asset management lifecycle and rationalize the technology stack.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and board, communicating security posture and investment rationale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security and IT, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in InfoSec domains including network, endpoint, cloud, and application security.
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade security policies and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present to boards and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing software asset lifecycles and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.
• Experience with M&A security due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Background in media, technology, or subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and SOC/MSSP operations.
