What you will do

• Architect and own the tactical execution of enterprise defense-in-depth strategies across network, endpoint, identity, and cloud domains.
• Build and operate an AI-augmented DevSecOps program, embedding security analysis into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and manage an integrated detection stack including EDR, NDR, and SIEM/SOAR with AI-enabled prioritization.
• Lead cloud security programs across multi-cloud environments with automated drift detection and policy-as-code enforcement.
• Partner with GRC, Legal, and Engineering to ensure compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing security team, fostering an environment of engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years in enterprise or product security with 4+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in defense-in-depth design across network, endpoint, identity, and cloud domains.
• Practical experience with AI-augmented security, such as ML-based detection or AI-integrated DevSecOps.
• Mastery of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience securing SaaS, cloud-native, or globally distributed regulated environments.
• Familiarity with legal technology, e-discovery, and digital forensics.
• Experience with LLM/AI security governance and prompt injection mitigation.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty.
