Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Define cybersecurity strategy and capability roadmaps aligned with company growth plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive enterprise risk management program.
• Provide leadership and performance management to security professionals and teams.
• Manage security incidents and perform in-depth investigations.
• Own SOC 2 and other external audit programs and manage technical internal audit processes.
• Collaborate with Legal to oversee the privacy program and manage privacy operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business experience in IT security, risk management, or Information Security.
• 7+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated executive-level technical acumen.
• Proficiency in security frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NIST CSF, or NIST 800-53.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure security across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and identity and access management (IAM).
• Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting to the Board and Audit Committee.

Nice to have

• Completion of prior successful external audits, such as SOC 2.
• Prior experience automating compliance controls.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.
