Finance Graduate Associate Program (AI & Automation): Building foundational finance expertise through a structured 24-month rotational program across accounting, reporting, financial planning, controllership, and finance transformation with an accent on data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. Focus on analysing financial information, improving reporting and controls, supporting process migration, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work through AI-enabled tools and workflow optimisation.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do
- Complete rotational assignments across Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, Revenue, Cost, and Controllership.
- Perform reporting, reconciliations, period-close activities, and accounting processes in line with established controls.
- Analyse financial and operational data, identify trends, explain variances, and improve reporting quality.
- Use AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, Power Platform, and other technologies to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
- Support finance transformation, process migration, process mapping, control-gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance, business, data, and technology teams while maintaining documentation and completing required training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships, industrial placements, academic projects, or relevant work experience.
- Exposure to data analytics, reporting, automation, or digital tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, or Copilot.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, presentations, or financial modelling.
- Experience supporting financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, process improvement, or business projects.
- Interest in finance operations, FP&A, controllership, finance transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
