TL;DR

Lead SDET (AI): Leading the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for next-generation software platforms with an accent on computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion. Focus on building scalable test automation, driving technical execution within Agile scrum teams, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain tools, test cases, and automation frameworks for current and next-gen platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps teams on release planning and coordination.
  • Interpret functional requirements to plan, develop, and automate functional and data validation test plans.
  • Drive effective technical execution and communication within Agile scrum teams.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
  • Conduct defect management, root cause analysis, and unit-test reviews to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or 10+ years of technical experience as an SDET.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in an object-oriented programming language (C# or Java).
  • Experience designing and implementing test automation for mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Appium and Selenium.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing End-to-End test strategies.
  • Experience implementing test automation into CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux).
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with microservice architecture.
  • Experience with backend and API testing.
