What you will do

• Ensure pod contributions meet high quality standards through defect prevention and holistic release oversight.
• Develop comprehensive test plans covering scope, resourcing, tooling, and release requirements.
• Lead the creation and execution of test suites and cases tailored to pod-specific needs.
• Manage and prioritize the bug database in alignment with pod development cycles.
• Onboard and mentor external embedded QA resources to ensure process alignment.
• Facilitate playtests, investigate live issues, and collaborate with developers to mitigate quality risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Seville, Spain
• Extensive experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles and Apple/Google submission protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile releases in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of gaming industry standards.
