What you will do

• Perform finishing/patina finishing on metal parts from components prepared for finishing.
• Complete products according to the production schedule and meet critical product characteristics.
• Match colors to the master sample and ensure consistent finishing quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; use required PPE.
• Keep time sheets accurate and submitted on time.
• Follow company policies and participate in required continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience with metal finishing techniques, including patina finishing (wet rags and rinsing) and toning/top coating (spray cans).
• Ability to read and understand mixing specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver flawless results.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and work effectively as a team member.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or work experience demonstrating performance competency.
