What you will do
- Manage the composition, prioritization, and execution of global research and product pipelines.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies in collaboration with sales counterparts.
- Coach and mentor direct reports and individual contributors within the Index R&D line.
- Foster relationships with leaders at key client and partner firms.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and Market Intelligence to identify high-demand investment topics.
- Lead the applied research agenda for emerging opportunities including private markets and digital asset index products.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in research and development of indexes or rules-based investment products.
- Detailed knowledge of regulatory and commercial dynamics in markets served by .
- Proven track record of connecting R&D initiatives with commercial opportunities.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Databricks.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
