What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and define tailored technical solutions.
• Configure Enablon software to align with specific client specifications and business needs.
• Supervise partner work and provide quality oversight to ensure industry best practices are followed.
• Execute product and solution testing phases and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct client training sessions to ensure successful software adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office (Hybrid arrangement).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, implementation, or support within large-scale corporate projects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or .Net.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end enterprise software implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Understanding of web technologies and database concepts.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese).
