What you will do

• Own and refine AI adoption use cases across the credit risk model lifecycle.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions using AI and LLMs to drive measurable value.
• Work hands-on with Python, SAS, and SQL to support development, testing, and evaluation.
• Translate PoC outcomes into scalable adoption approaches, including process design and controls.
• Act as a senior domain authority, advising stakeholders on feasibility, risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive organizational change by articulating the value of AI-enabled solutions to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in credit risk, risk models, or risk process transformation within a regulated environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and applications, including LLMs, for enhancing risk outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the credit risk model lifecycle and associated regulatory challenges.
• Ability to operate independently and drive adoption across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills at a senior level.

Nice to have

• Proven experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, or LLM-based solutions beyond the experimentation phase.
• Experience with model governance, validation, regulatory reviews, or audit settings.
• Experience scaling PoCs into business-as-usual solutions.
