About the role
Salmon Group is expanding its HR Tech function and looking for an HR Data Analyst to help build a modern, data-driven HR ecosystem. The role focuses on consolidating HR data from multiple systems, developing predictive analytics, and delivering actionable insights that influence workforce and business decisions.

Responsibilities
— Integrate and consolidate HR data from multiple sources and systems
— Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
— Build dashboards, visualizations, and advanced reports for business leaders
— Translate business questions into analytical projects and recommendations
— Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation
— Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics
— Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and strengthen HR analytics maturity across the organization

Requirements
— 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics
— Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology, or a related field
— Strong skills in statistical analysis, data modeling, visualization, and reporting
— Experience with predictive analytics and workforce insights
— Proven project leadership experience in dynamic environments
— Ability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations
— English B2+ or higher
