What you will do

• Review plan submission materials and implement standard LMNG plans.
• Analyze participant data files to identify anomalies or missing elements and resolve issues with clients or prior record-keepers.
• Coordinate participant data loads and perform quality checks before and after moving to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (loans, recoveries, tech support, systems) to ensure timely plan setup.
• Provide plan reconciliation for client approval and monitor setup progress.
• Document agreed-upon procedures and assist with staff cross-training.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila (Onsite)
• 3-5 years of experience and understanding of IRS codes (401(k), 401(a), 403(b), 457, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and internal record-keeping systems.
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
