What you will do

• Monitor system performance to proactively detect and resolve potential service disruptions.
• Execute incident detection protocols and coordinate response efforts to restore normal operations.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize service desk operations and incident management processes.
• Maintain detailed incident records and contribute to the technical knowledge base and FAQs.
• Provide technology service desk support and fulfill service requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in IT technology operations and support.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
• Technical knowledge in application development, systems engineering, network administration, or database management.
