What you will do

• Write functional and design specifications for drivers and APIs to manage hardware devices in Linux.
• Independently implement and debug solutions within the EOS software stack using C, C++, and Python.
• Develop automated test plans and programs to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with customer support and system test engineers to analyze and resolve complex networking issues.
• Contribute to networking infrastructure projects, including those focused on AI networking.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical contributions from team members.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 7-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience writing Linux drivers and APIs for hardware management.
• Knowledge of distributed systems infrastructure such as messaging, signaling, and databases.
• Ability to design and implement solutions for complex problems with limited oversight.
• Hands-on experience working with open-source software.
