What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end features for integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, email clients, and browser extensions.
• Lead small-to-medium projects from requirement breakdown and design documentation to production launch.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across distributed, multi-surface environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain the reliability and performance of integration surfaces.
• Partner with product managers and designers to iteratively clarify requirements and deliver customer value.
• Contribute to codebase health by addressing technical debt and mentoring newer engineers.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs, including OAuth flows, webhook pipelines, or notification systems.
• Ability to operate independently on well-scoped projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Rigor in debugging and isolating root causes within unfamiliar systems.
• Must be based in Vancouver for a hybrid schedule (standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
