What you will do

• Translate business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions for R&D operations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows, automations, and cross-tool integrations.
• Operate and maintain collaboration tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, and SwiftKanban.
• Manage access concepts, permissions, and governance in coordination with IT and external partners.
• Support change adoption through user enablement, release communication, and structured onboarding.
• Configure IT systems and provide data-based reporting on project progress and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting business systems and users.
• Practical scripting experience with Python or VBA.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms like SharePoint or monday.com.
• Fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Must be based in Hamburg.
