What you will do

• Build reliable systems that integrate LLMs into products, leveraging RAG and tools like Copilot to enhance efficiency.
• Design a scalable, multi-tenant CDP capable of ingesting billions of real-time events from disparate sources.
• Implement AI/ML models within the data orchestration layer for schema mapping, anomaly detection, and data labeling.
• Develop deterministic and probabilistic matching algorithms for identity resolution to create unified customer profiles.
• Define standards for data governance, data lineage, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
• Lead architectural reviews, set code quality standards, and define next-gen AI SDLC processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience with a strong data management background.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with LLMs, RAG, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core 8+), React.js, and TypeScript.
• Expertise with MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven design, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Knowledge of Blazor, Angular, GraphQL, WebSocket, or SignalR.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or On-Prem data centers.
