What you will do
- Lead the overall validation strategy and execution for hardware platforms and SoCs from early bring-up to production.
- Define validation architectures, test plans, and coverage metrics aligned with industry standards like PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
- Conduct post-silicon bring-up, functional validation, stress testing, and corner-case analysis across PVT conditions.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex issues involving SoC, PHY, firmware, and board-level components.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers during qualification, deployment, and post-FCS support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including ASIC, Firmware, System Architecture, and Manufacturing to ensure quality at scale.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 10-15 years of experience or Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading hardware or post-silicon validation for complex SoCs/ASICs through multiple product cycles.
- Hands-on expertise with high-speed interfaces such as DDR4/DDR5, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, or SerDes.
- Proficiency with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with experience in field support or validation leadership.
