What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML-driven product features, from modeling and deployment to experimentation and impact analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define ML problem statements, success metrics, and iterate based on real-world performance.
• Design and ship scalable ML systems, including data pipelines, training workflows, and production model serving infrastructure.
• Shape ML architecture and MLOps standards for experimentation, monitoring, and retraining.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI by exploring LLMs and agents for new user experiences and internal productivity tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while raising AI/ML literacy across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building scaled ML systems or training large models.
• 1+ year of AI engineering experience.
• Strong technical judgment in coding, testing, and building for scale.
• Solid understanding of ML theory and the AI application stack, including foundation models.
• High sense of ownership and ability to deliver impact in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
