What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance of the container platform.
• Implement and contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical incidents and serve as a high-level escalation point.
• Collaborate with Architects and Consulting partners to drive continuous platform optimization.
• Support governance and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, and YAML.
• Must be based in or able to work in Rome, Italy (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Red Hat OpenShift Administrator (EX280) certification.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
• General Red Hat certifications.
