Salary: $196,000 — $227,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop novel ML systems and optimize AI product integrations for customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build efficient AI solutions.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art Agentic AI architectures and LLM technologies.
• Drive performance optimizations and scalability of production-grade ML/AI systems.
• Share knowledge and stay updated on latest AI/ML advancements within the team.

Requirements

• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• PhD or Master’s degree with 6+ years experience in CS, ML, AI, or equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise in LLM pretraining, fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF, GRPO), prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems at scale with strong ML infrastructure knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
