What you will do

• Identify root cause yield limiters and provide process development direction for technology nodes.
• Perform statistical analysis and develop visualizations to construct accurate process development roadmaps.
• Consolidate diverse big data sources for defect mode understanding and yield modeling.
• Apply statistics, machine learning, and coding techniques to extract insights from fab data.
• Execute new product introductions and support design-technology co-optimization.
• Drive improvements to measurement recipes and equipment to meet operational needs for advanced logic nodes.

Requirements

• STEM degree (Bachelor's + 8 years, Master's + 6 years, or PhD + 4 years of relevant experience).
• Experience with metrology and defect inspection equipment.
• Expertise in defect detection, density analysis, and yield improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in failure mode analysis and process integration.
• Strong background in statistics and data analytics.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
