What you will do

• Lead the design and supervise the layout of custom memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits.
• Conduct comprehensive circuit simulations to ensure functionality and timing robustness.
• Perform custom circuit schematic and cross-section entry using Cadence Virtuoso.
• Characterize custom SRAM for view development and identify power-performance-area improvements.
• Partner with Hardware and Silicon Validation teams for root cause analysis and correlation.
• Develop and improve design methodologies, flows, and scripts to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in custom memory and transistor-level digital circuit design.
• Proven expertise in advanced CMOS technologies and various SRAM architectures.
• Proficiency in EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreX, and QuantusQRC.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
