Location: Hybrid working in The Hague, Netherlands

Salary: €3,891 – €5,188 gross per month (for 36 hours a week)

What you will do

• Build and activate communities around digital adoption, with a strong focus on Copilot and peer learning.
• Develop learning and enablement activities, including e-learnings, demonstrations, workshops, and communication campaigns.
• Collect, structure, and share success stories, prompt tips, and reusable AI content through DEX channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, and IT to increase engagement and stimulate tool adoption.
• Monitor adoption signals and feedback data to identify barriers and improve enablement activities.
• Guide colleagues on the responsible, secure, and practical use of AI tools aligned with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience with digital adoption, learning, enablement, or change management in a Microsoft 365 or AI-related context.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage colleagues and build communities.
• Ability to translate new technology into clear, practical, and accessible messages for diverse audiences.
• Capability to work independently while aligning with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in responsible AI use and its impact on everyday professional work.
