Product Manager (Frontend Foundation)

Salary: €5,030 – €7,183 gross per month

What you will do

• Define and propagate the vision and strategy for the Rabo Online Platform design system.
• Manage the design system as a product, ensuring it meets business and design requirements.
• Remove engineering overhead and automate workflows to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with 160+ product owners, designers, and developers to ensure system adoption.
• Develop and maintain an operating model that reduces friction and improves cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Proven experience with design system management.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to present convincing value propositions and create organizational structure.
• Focus on outcomes and system adoption rather than just technical outputs.
