What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain applications using Natural in an ADABAS environment.
• Support retirement claims and financial services systems through enhancements and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge transfer to team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases.
• Experience working within NaturalONE or Eclipse development environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll, accounting, or financial systems.
• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting application issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working with JCL and batch or online mainframe processing.
• Understanding of version control and software development best practices.
• Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
